Country roster basis (MOFA page checked 2026-10-18):
Base map roster: 195 countries recognized by Japan, plus Japan (196 entries).
Quiz pool: 192 entries. China, Israel, Russia and Ukraine are not drawn as questions.
Taiwan is background only, with no question, country label, or answer assignment to another country.
A shared pale terrain tint is decorative and does not represent sovereignty.
Non-answer background taps clear the selection and do not count as mistakes.
